Oh dear. Trust me, it is as disheartening to me as it is to you that you can't have our Soulful Creation for keeps!

1. What is your Returns and Exchanges policy?
Returns are accepted for the wrong size, size exchange. If the collection you wanted to exchange is no longer in stock, we'll refund you via transfer online, which my team will contact you for further action. You can place an order for another our Soulful Creatio or save it for future purchases.

Only products that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in the original condition/packaging with its labels for returns can be returned or exchanged. We do reserve the right to reject the return or refund if the conditions above are not met.

For returns and exchanges, you are advised to email us first with the order number and item's details. We accept returns for size exchange within 7 days from the date you received your parcel. So let us know right away at [email protected] or call +601 9280 2438.

*With the current Covid-19 pandemic, we understand the restrictions and limitations in place thus, we extended the return period to 15 days.

2. Are all items returnable or exchangeable?
For hygiene purposes, not all DANIA FAÇON ®  are returnable or exchangble.

Beauty products, accessories (including jewelry), headscarves (including inners), are non-returnable. Also, personalised, sale and markdown items cannot be returned or exchanged. For full priced items purchased with discount codes, you can email us at [email protected] for the return eligibility as only certain codes are returnable/exchangeable.

Other than that, we do accept exchanges for size and/or colour of the item you bought – only exchanges for the same item is allowed. But if you can't exchange for the same DANIA FAÇON ®, we accept returns in exchange for store credits only.
